Michael Jay Rune II, had more than 25 years of experience representing associations, owner, developers, contractors, sureties, subcontractors, and suppliers in nearly all aspects of the construction industry and in large-scale commercial construction projects. Michael's practice now emphasizes services as a mediator and arbitrator/private trial judge to facilitate resolution of disputes after starting his own firm in the fall of 2024.
