Common Booking Questions

You can schedule your mediation through the Calendar section on the website. The default booking time is 10:00 AM for full-day mediations. If you wish to schedule a "half-day" mediation or prefer a different start time, simply include a note in your intake form. I review booking requests as soon as possible, but if I am currently in mediation, it might take a day or two to send a confirmation email for your booking.

Zoom is currently the standard format for mediation; however, I am also available for in-person mediations. Please be aware that I am based in South Florida and charge for travel time exceeding 30 minutes. Although I can host smaller mediations, it is generally more practical to conduct any in-person mediations at a counsel's office or, if counsel cannot agree, at a neutral location, such as a court reporter's office, which typically offers ample space.
